REGISTERED NURSES
To join INA as a Registered Nurse, you will need:
• A recognised nursing qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• One to two recent professional references

Experience in disability support, complex care, PEG feeding, oral suction, catheter or continence care, wound care, bowel care, medication management, care planning or high-intensity supports is highly regarded. Participant-specific training and competency assessments may be provided where appropriate.
ENROLLED NURSE
To join INA as an Enrolled Nurse, you will need
• A recognised Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR/BLS certification
• A Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• One to two recent professional references

Experience supporting people with disability or complex-care needs is highly regarded. This may include personal care, PEG feeding, hoists and transfers, oral suction, catheter or continence care, wound care, bowel care and medication support within your scope of practice.
ASSISTANT IN NURSING
To join INA as an Assistant in Nursing, you will need
• A relevant healthcare, nursing or individual-support qualification, or equivalent recognised experience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• One to two recent professional references

Experience with personal care, hoists and transfers, mobility assistance, mealtime support, continence care, community access or complex-care support is highly regarded. Additional participant-specific training and competency assessments may be required.
SUPPORT WORKER
To join INA as a Support Worker, you will need
• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support or an equivalent relevant qualification
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• One to two recent professional references
