Every clinical referral to INA is personally reviewed by our Director and Clinical Lead, Bo Jupp. With more than 12 years of emergency nursing experience, Bo brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a strong understanding of complex health needs, risk and safe care planning.

Having Bo oversee each referral means the participant’s clinical picture is properly understood from the beginning. She works closely with referrers, participants and their support teams to clarify their needs and determine how INA can provide the right nursing care and support. Safely, thoughtfully and with the person at the centre of every decision.
